Vancity Releaf’s top priorities are the safety and satisfaction of our customers. We take your feedback seriously and aim to quickly correct any mistake we’ve made that you bring to our attention.
We stand behind the quality of our products and will never knowingly ship a defective or inferior product. If we determine that we have sent you incorrect or defective products, we are pleased to offer you store credit or a suitable replacement product.
To obtain support for defective products, please contact us within seven(7) days of receiving your order. Each complaint will be reviewed by our management team and a credit or replacement product will be offered when appropriate. We are not able to offer store credit or replacement products in response to complaints made more than seven(7) days after your receipt of the order in question.
Replacement products will only be sent in the case of defective items. Vancity Releaf reserves the exclusive right to determine suitable compensation (credit or replacement) on a case by case basis.
Ownership of the package(s) will be transferred to the customer at our point of transfer to Canada Post. No credit will be given to the customer by Vancity Releaf if a shipping issue occurs. Shipping issues include, but are not limited to: held packages, packages damaged in transit, lost or missing packages, and delivery errors via Canada Post.
